ntpjs.org preference management

ntpjs.org is a simple service that helps the websites you use daily work better by allowing them to access the current time from a remote server. This is done entirely within your browser and within the context of a single website that decides to use the service. Your actual system clock on your computer is never modified.

We collect aggregate statistics about how far off from true time average users computers are. When a website uses our code, the following data is collected:

• IP address - temporarily used to geolocate your computer to the country or state level, never stored
• Your computers currently configured time zone
• The offset between your computers clock and ours
• Your browsers User Agent (used to group statistics by operating system and browser)
• The name of our server that processed your browsers time request
